AstraNova Gizlilik Politikası

AstraNova ("Uygulama"), kişisel astroloji içerikleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, hangi verileri topladığımızı ve nasıl kullandığımızı açıklar.

Topladığımız Veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi ve isteğe bağlı ad (Firebase Authentication ile).
• Doğum bilgileri: doğum tarihi, saati ve yeri — doğum haritası ve kişisel yorumların hesaplanması için.
• Sohbet içerikleri: Kahin sohbet özelliğine yazdığınız mesajlar, yanıt üretmek amacıyla yapay zekâ servisine (Google Gemini) iletilir.
• Satın alma durumu: abonelik/premium durumu (RevenueCat aracılığıyla). Ödeme kartı bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz; ödemeler Google Play tarafından işlenir.
• Reklam kimliği: ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterimi için (Google AdMob).
• Bildirim jetonu: bildirimleri iletebilmek için (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

Verilerin Kullanımı

Verileriniz yalnızca; astrolojik hesaplamalar ve kişiselleştirilmiş içerik üretmek, hesabınızı yönetmek, satın almaları doğrulamak, bildirim göndermek ve ücretsiz sürümde reklam göstermek için kullanılır. Verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

Hizmet Sağlayıcılar

Google Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, bildirim), Google Cloud (sunucu), Google Gemini (yapay zekâ yanıtları), Google AdMob (reklam), RevenueCat (abonelik yönetimi). Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde işler.

Saklama ve Silme

Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece Google Cloud sunucularında saklanır. Uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Dilerseniz aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden de silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz.

Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için: mehmetc4122@gmail.com

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplanmaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır.

AstraNova Privacy Policy

AstraNova (the "App") is a mobile application providing personalized astrology content. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Account info: email address and optional name (via Firebase Authentication).
• Birth details: birth date, time and place — used to compute your birth chart and personalized readings.
• Chat content: messages you write to the Oracle chat are sent to an AI service (Google Gemini) to generate responses.
• Purchase status: subscription/premium state (via RevenueCat). We never receive your payment card details; payments are processed by Google Play.
• Advertising ID: used to serve ads in the free tier (Google AdMob).
• Push token: used to deliver notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

How We Use Data

Your data is used only to perform astrological calculations, personalize content, manage your account, validate purchases, send notifications, and show ads in the free tier. We never sell your data.

Service Providers

Google Firebase (auth, database, messaging), Google Cloud (hosting), Google Gemini (AI responses), Google AdMob (ads), RevenueCat (subscription management). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention & Deletion

Data is stored on Google Cloud servers while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in-app via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us.

Your Rights

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

This policy may be updated; the current version is always published at this address.
